The Challenge: The patient presented with a desire for a complete smile transformation to address both aesthetic concerns and failing previous dental work. Clinical and radiographic evaluation revealed suboptimal, ugly crowns on the maxillary right incisors (#11, #12) with underlying inadequate endodontic therapy. Furthermore, the smile frame was heavily compromised by anterior crowding, rotational discrepancies, a pronounced maxillary midline diastema, and asymmetrical gingival margins.

- Biological Foundation: Expert endodontic retreatment of #11 and #12 to eradicate infection and ensure long-term stability, followed by the placement of robust post and core foundations.
- Pink Esthetics: Precision gingival recontouring to establish symmetrical zenith heights, ensuring a harmonious and natural gum architecture.
- Structural Restoration: Placement of highly characterized Porcelain-Fused-to-Zirconia (PFZ) crowns on #11 and #12, providing maximum structural integrity and lifelike light transmission for the previously compromised teeth.
- Aesthetic Integration: Design and delivery of custom, minimal-prep ceramic veneers on teeth #13, #14, #21, #22, #23, and #24. This masked the rotations, closed the diastema, and established ideal golden proportions for a seamless, radiant, and biologically sound smile.
